There are many different reasons why the human body sweats. The first step is noticing the signs and symptoms that are associated with your sweating problem. This is because these can both be influenced by your mood, your diet, some particular drugs and medical conditions, and even your hormone levels. Because it is basically impossible to be able to define what "normal sweating" actually is, it is thus critical that you try to learn what is normal for you and then this will help you to be able to pinpoint any unusual changes.

You need to remember that each person is different and so each sweating problems case is different as well. What works great for one person may not work at all for you. It is really a trial and error process.
